We will have the pleasure to welcome you in a Manor House of XVI century belonging to our family since 1886 Located 3 km from the village of TRUYES, we enjoy an exceptional situation, out of circulation in the heart of an area of 80 hectares of wooded Ideally located for discovering the Châteaux de Chenonceau, Amboise, Loches, Vilandry, Azay le Rideau the Manor of Chaix a step will be pleasant to discover the castles of the Loire Valley With Christian the occupier former sommelier of the Restaurant Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in paris he could organize you tours of vineyards and tasting so that you can discover the wines of Touraine (Vouvray-Montlouis-Chinon - Bourgeuil) The Manor House is composed of 5 guest room that can accommodate one to four persons, all equipped with bathroom tv, double bed or single .the night Christian offers you the table of hosts with vegetables and fruit mainly from the garden summer you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, large walks are possible, on foot or mountain bike at the start of the Manor The Manor House is located 20 km to the South is towers, at 1 p.m. with the TGV Paris and close to the motorways A10 (exit 23) and A85 (exit 10 or 11)

We had the pleasure of staying at the Manior last Ocotober. With the weather near 80, we were able to take in most of the offerings of the region due to the proximity of Manior de Chaix. Chenonceau, Tours, Amboise are all close. Our hosts, Linda and Christian, could not have been more welcoming. The area is lovely, and the food is great. Almost everything that we had to eat was grown on the property. They even keep bees up the road for fresh honey. The rooms are "american sized" meaning very spacious. If you want to get away to a place that seems magical, head for the Manior de Chaix. Charming, genteel, wonderful food and fantastic hosts.
