It is not possible to picnic or to prepare to eat inside the House guest. & #13; & #10;Cancellation: any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail. & #13; & #10;If the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, the amount of the deposit remains acquired to the owner. & #13; & #10;If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, the full price of the stay is payable by the tenant. It will therefore pay to the owner the prepayment balance and the amount of the accommodation. & #13; & #10;If the tenant does not occur before 1900 hours the day planned at the beginning of the stay, the owner can have his room and the full accommodation price is due by the tenant. & #13; & #10;In case of stay shortened: the price corresponding to all of the originally intended stay is totally of the tenant and remains acquired to the owner. & #13; & #10; & #13; & #10;
