The salt water swimming pool (12m x 6m) has roman steps at the shallow end. The pool is bathed in sunshine from morning to late evening, as it faces south/south west. You can watch the sun set from the terrace on the long summer evenings. Pool is alarmed.
Cahors, in common with the other rooms, has beautiful exposed beams, complemented by oriental rugs. Each room has a velux roof window with black out blind. The beds are Super King Size zip link (185 x 200cm) so they can be easily converted to twin beds if required. Each room has a seating area. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, either with shower over bath or separate shower.
Buzet has large exposed beams. This room is furnished with French and English furniture with Egyptian wool rugs on the floor. All rooms have wall mounted individual reading lights for our guests' comfort. This room can be easily converted to a twin room should this be required.
The Dining Room at Val de Costes is light and airy. Two large windows bring in morning sun. Breakfast is either served here or outside. Our guests may enjoy home made jams and preserves, fresh bread and pastries, seasonal fruit, yoghurts, tea and coffee.
Guest Seating Area. This is a cosy area on the upstairs landing furnished with sofa and armchairs. Books, puzzles and board games are available. A small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities are are provided.
Swimming pool and surroundings. This view shows the pool and terrace area. The pigonnier (pigeon loft) is very typical of this area of SW France. The pool offers views towards the west and sunsets are wonderful here.

Set in rolling countryside bordering the Lot-et-Garonne and Tarn-et-Garonne, we are ideally located for exploring the delights of these regions. Four individually decorated bedrooms: super king size beds 185cm x 200cm; ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy breakfast outside; relax by the pool, enjoy the view. Explore the history and culture of the region.
