    Bed and breakfast apartments in the Pays de la Loire region 40 minutes North West of Le Mans. Accommodation for up to ten guests in the tastefully-furnished renovated barn. There are three separate apartments; two of which sleep four and one that sleeps two. Each apartment has a toilet, shower, and a kitchen area with tea / coffee making facilities with a fridge & storage. Evening meals or lunch available using local produce and a selection of vegetables from our own garden. Most dietary requirements catered for. The spa pool overlooks the beautiful countryside - a wonderful place to relax.

    • Directions to property:
      Head directly North from the centre of Le Mans and pick up the D304 heading North West near Saint Saturnin. Stay on this for approximately 35 minutes, through the town of Sillé-le-Guillaume (shortly after the road becomes known as the D35 but it's the same road), through St. Pierre-sur-Orthe and into St Martin de Connée (these 2 villages almost run into each other). You should now be climbing a straight hill through the village. Turn left 100m after the bakery (signposted Les Vallées) and go straight on at the 90-degree left, past the chateau on your right and we are at the end of that road.

      Take the N844 heading North which surrounds Nantes and pick up the A11 toll road (Péage) heading East towards Angers. Stay on the A11 after Angers heading for Le Mans and pick up the D304 which heads North West out of the city. See directions (on this site) from Le Mans to complete your journey.
