We welcome you to our 18th century mansion where you will discover the charm of our authentic Languedoc and Mediterranean architecture.Our house is surrounded by a vast park with century old pine trees and swimming pool where one can hear the cicadas singing on long sunny summer days. Only a stone’s throw from the village of Saint Clement de Riviere with its open air market and convenient stores, our domain is truly in the countryside. We are only seven kilometers (less than five miles)from Montpellier, the exciting and vibrant capital of Languedoc-Roussillon in the South of France known for its 300 days of sunshine per year.We are in the heart of the world's largest grape-growing region with spectacular vineyards such as "Pic Saint Loup" and "Grès de "Montpellier" A short drive south of Montpellier you are at the Mediterranean sea with its sandy beaches!

Très jolie demeure pleine de charme, et d\'histoire. Très belle rénovation. Tres bel espace intérieur et jardin. Calme absolu. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets.

I spent 2 nights in this wonderful place where everything is charming: the owners, the rooms, the furniture, the breakfast. Great location, close to Montpellier but in the quiet countryside with good restaurants nearby. This place combines the beauty of a 19th century atmosphere with warm hospitality (the hosts don't impose themselves to the guests but are simply lovely to talk to). We will come back.

From the autoroute A9 Take the exit number 28 direction Vendargues. Continue on N113 following signs for D613 for 0.7 kilometers. At the round about take the 1st exit for D65. Continue on D65 for 1.7 kilometers. At the round-about, take the 2nd exit, and continue on the D68 for 13 kilomèters. Take the exit for D17 and at the round about continue on the D17 for 3.6 kilometers (direction Prades le Lez).
