    Each of the three rooms in the hostel has an area of 15 to 25 m² and is equipped with a bathroom and private toilet room. Space is bright and the decoration is always linked to a precious stone: Ruby, Emerald, diamond. The Interior of the cottage is decorated in a traditional way, with antique furniture and objects, tie-dyed in a flea market. Works by local, contemporary painters, adorn the walls and colour space. Old stones and beams are put in value; statues of Breton mythology still protect the sites. Mid-1990s, Maya decides to leave his life of buyer of ready-to-wear and store manager for the Ty Maya Adventure. After having renovated this old body of farm from the 17th century, it opens its guest rooms. Its objective: Open House with a lot of passing, discoveries and encounters. Ty Maya the only thatched cottage of the small breton hamlet of Kervassal, which has about 15 homes. It is located 2 kilometres from the sea and near small fishing ports. Therefore, practice fishing on foot or various watersports (kite surfing, snowboarding voile…). The megaliths of Carnac are easily accessible from the village. The building stone is overhung roof in roseau, piqué of seeds, offering an exceptional flowering in the spring. Hosts have an independent entrance and a living room in the cottage, where three guest rooms are furnished. The gîte (private kitchen, lounge and terrace) is located in the bottom of the garden. The latter is flowery and maintained with care. La chaumière is most of the time attended by couples eager to discover the breton shoreline and tranquility. Families also make up the customer, the place being adapted for children.
