    Our Lodge is located on the Normandy coast, between Dieppe and St Valéry en caux. It is located in the heart of a small seaside village, in a calm and verdant place. It is adjoining an another perfectly identical den. His exhibition is South. The terraces are separated by an opaque hedge. Its surface is 120 m ². Its capacity is 6 persons maximum. The exterior space of approximately 3000m² is common to 2 gîtes. It consists on the ground floor of an entry that opens on a stay of 57 m ² with a US kitchen. A bedroom (12 m ²) with 1 double bed 160 x 200, a bathroom (shower in Italian) and an independent WC. The first floor you will find 2 room + 10 m ² (Carrez law) with 2 beds (90 x 190) simple each and a bathroom with wc. Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction plate, hood suction, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Dry hair. TV (TNT - sat), wifi access. Are made available to the tenants: 1 table, 2 maniques, 3 kitchen cloths and 2 by room of water bath mat. Child cot, high chair and the security barrier are available to young parents if needed. Barbecue, chairs and garden tables, table tennis. The breakfast basket will be delivered every morning at the time of your choice from 7: 00 am. (Baguettes, croissants, breads, chocolate, brioches, jam, butter.... tea, coffee, chocolate...) For reservation 25% deposit will be requested the balance will be to 1 month before the arrival of the tenants.
