    Sylvie, French from the Midi region (Castres 81100), born 1958, who will cook for you the stars from Heaven, as the dutch expression goes !, and with whom you will be able to practise your french. Jean-Baptiste, Dutch from Breda near the Belgian border, born 1948, amateur of Solex and other classic motorbikes and cars and who is proud of his library, in which you find many history books in 4 languages, where the Napoleon collection has an important place. Our “longère”, which litterally means “stretched farmhouse” has a separate barn nearby in which we have made two comfortable rooms: good beds (not the illfamed sagged small double bed you may remember from elder french hotels..), bathroom with shower, separate toilets and your private parking at the entrance door. You will find a bathrobe waiting for you, so as to enable you to have breakfast leisurly at the garden terrace. There is a private kitchenette/sitting room at your disposal, equipped with a refrigerator, magnetron and coffeemachine. WHY COME TO US To enjoy not only the calm, the many sights to see, the strolls around the country, maybe in one of our classic cars !, the lazy reading in the shaded garden (we have a large, mostly historical, library at your disposal) but also the french meals we propose to you as “table d’hôte”. Sylvie prepares regional dishes from the Berry as well as her native meridional cooking, which she learned from her grandmother – need we say more ? See our website for further information !
