Chai Richard is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions in the neighbouring area. We are located in the heart of Pomérols, a small Languedoc village surrounded by vineyards, close to the Etang de Thau and a couple of miles away from the Mediterranean. You can easily combine beach or water-sport activities in Mèze, Marseillan Plage or Cap d’Agde with visits to medieval villages such as Pézénas, Saint Guilhem le Désert etc: everything our inland country has to offer. Within walking distance from the village centre, Chai Richard features a charming garden with an outdoor swimming pool. We will be happy to welcome you in a former 18th century wine cellar which has been completely renovated and refurbished. Open the door, and experience the charm: the whole house offers a boutique style design. Chai Richard is on two floors and we have a lift to carry your luggage. All three bedrooms are unique, combining originality, charm and comfort. They are furnished with deluxe beds and mattresses and have a private bathroom including a hairdryer. The large suite is also fitted with air-conditioning and has a large private terrace overlooking a park. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. At breakfast, enjoy fresh croissants and baguettes, home-made jams and seasonal fruits. During the day, relax in the petit salon: read newspapers and magazines and browse through brochures and pamphlets Benefit from the quiet garden and unwind lazily on sun loungers beside the swimming pool while waiting for dinner to be served. We offer gourmet cuisine and traditional specialties prepared with local seasonal produce. Chai Richard is open year round.
