Both rates include French continental breakfast. This B&B offers a nice room (100 square feet (9.1m2)) with a double bed, custom-designed headboard with reading lights, a desk and a dresser. There is a newly installed large soundproof window. Beautiful private bathroom. Private hallway with closet. Both the room and the bathroom are kept very clean. This B&B has many repeat customers. Click on "Visit Website" on this site to check availability. This B&B is located between metro station Tolbiac (line 7) and metro station Olympiades (line 14). A maximum of 3 individuals can be accommodated at the property. It is located in Paris' Chinatown with lots of restaurants and shops. It is a lively area with many visitors and shoppers along with the families who live in the area. The area is very safe. It is only 4 stations away from the historic near the Latin Quarter. Direct access to Notre Dame and Louvre Museum. Taking line 14 from station Olympiades, you are 15 minutes away door-to-door from Châtelet, the center of Paris. Easy access to all 5 main train stations in Paris and to Charles De Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport. From December 21 to January 3, higher rates apply.

I stayed at the Welcoming Dragon B&B; for nearly 2 weeks and I really enjoyed it there. The place is spotless. There is a separate bathroom for guests, so plenty of privacy for all. There is fast internet WiFi. Breakfast is great. Lots of good places to eat cheaply nearby. And it is close to 2 metro lines. The best thing though, is that the owner, Phillipp, makes everyone feel so welcome, just like part of the family. You can sit and watch tv or read a book or he will help you if you want to go out somewhere. He has a tourist industry background, and really knows the ins and outs of Paris. I recommend this B&B; to anyone who is coming to Paris for a few days or even a few weeks. It is a terrific way to get started in Paris, much better than you can ever get in a hotel.
