    A real "home" in Paris in a very pleasant of 50 m² apartment type Haussman (parquet, mouldings, chimneys) with 2 rooms, kitchen dining room, a bathroom, and exceptional room, a large flowery balcony built. The 5th floor without elevator, carefully furnished and decorated apartment is very clear and spacious with a view on the roofs of Paris. Breakfast, hearty, is understood and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals unless you prefer take advantage of the many small restaurants in the Oberkampf district to 2, or the Marsh in 15 minutes on foot. You can benefit from our presence nearby (advice, good plans, visits, good addresses, services, reservations...) while maintaining your complete independence. We welcome you with simplicity, warmth and attention to make you love Paris and give you want to return. Keep in mind that the apartment also includes: -the breakfast provided is to prepare same soi (tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, orange juice, mie bread, brioche, butter, jams "House", cereals, yogurts...) -linen of bed and toilet - cleaning end-of-stay - the use of all available services (internet, wifi, lcd TV screen, DVD player, free phone to many destinations) -various: bed child, safe, hairdryer, choice of DVD, plans and guides of Paris...
