If you are looking for a convenient but quiet location as a base, then you will find « Gite de la Motte » ideal for your visit to the famous forest of Broceliande, and also for touring Brittany. You can stay one week for 300 - 450€ per week (low/high season). Our Holiday Cottage "gîte de la Motte" is a traditional house made of stone (independant and spacious - 80m²): this is a delightful cottage for nice and relaxing holidays with family, friends, couple... We are situated in Campénéac: This is the West part of the mystical Forest of Broceliande... And an ideal location for touring Brittany... ... from the core - the Gallo-country to the coasts (North and South): we are only half an hour from the Gulf of Morbihan! This is a splendid area for history and legend enthusiats (the heartland of the Arthurian Broceliande forest), and also for outdoor enthousiasts: the Broceliande area has a lot to offer: hike, ride, pony treck, standing stones, leisure activity base with water activities (Lake), canoe, mini-golf, adventure playground... Le Gîte de la Motte is situated close to the RN24, the main road between Rennes and the South of Brittany (Vannes)...

Directions to property:
By road: 3H50 from Paris by the Highway A11, 40 mn from Rennes by the RN24. Then take the exit for Plélan-le-grand. Go through the city, continue on the road (D724) following the direction "Beignon" and "Campénéac". Go through the city of Beignon and follow the same road (D724) through the forest till a sign indicated "La Motte"(hamlet). The Cottage is located on the left, after a uphill slope.
