House of character stone, renovated in 2010, with comfort and a careful interior decoration. Ideally located in a quiet area, with a panoramic sea view, a garden of fruit trees, a swimming pool to overflow 5x10m lit at night for you allow a last bath before sunset. Free WIFI in the whole house The Gourmet breakfast is served on the terrace or in the dining room. Pool house is equipped with a fridge available for our guests with the possibility of eating lunch. you will found books, DVD. magazines and tourist plans in the internal patio. The House is just at 6 or 7 minutes driving from the beaches, the Promenade des Anglais, and the centre of NICE. In fact the city is very well served by bus and tram. Near the villa we have a bus stop. Our 2 guest rooms have all the both comfort and private bathrooms. Upon your arrival you will be immersed in an atmosphere of calm near a relaxing swimming pool for a moment of tranquility and relaxation. The evening , swimming pool will allow you, a last bath of freshness after a long day filled and sunny. Your vacations in COTE D'AZUR can begin !!! This is the Zen attitude. Very attached to our city, we will make you discover from our b & b, tourist sites, addresses and restaurants... in function on your requests and desires of the moment. We speak French, English and Italian. See you soon.

We had the chance to stay with Cathy and Michélé for (unfortunately only) 5 days, which was by far not long enough !! Their kind and warm welcome, generosity and kind fullness already made our stay a success! Not to mention the location of the B&B, which is simply breathtaking.. The suite is a small heaven on earth.. beautifully decorated and with all imaginary comfort, not to mention the very high hygiene standard, applied by ‘the lady of the house’ :-) If you ever stay in Nice, it should definitely be here! Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans cette superbe demeure avec une vue imprenable sur Nice. Nos hôtes Cathy et Michele ont été très accueillants et nous ont orienté vers les endroits à découvrir (restaurants...). Petit-déjeuner délicieux, endroit idyllique por se reposer et décompresser au bord de la piscine.
