One of the best B and B's we have stayed in France. Beautiful room overlooking the valley. The grounds and pool were wonderful. Hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay ion French Riviera! It is perfect as Nice is very busy and this was a welcome relief away from the hustle and bustle, it was serene and quiet in a wonderful setting. The breakfast was superb, room was delightful with lovely touches and dog was gorgeous. A wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again when I go back to Nice.

Cancellations: Cancellation made by the guest: Due to the small structure that is a bed and breakfast, all cancellations have a significant effect on us. Therefore: a)	In all cases, the deposit is not refundable and the owner reserves the right to ask the guest to pay the full price of the reservation he made. b)	In the case of a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the confirmed date of arrival, the full price of the reservation is due minus the number of nights we have been able to rerent. c)	If the guest has not arrived before 7pm on the confirmed date of arrival and has not notified the owners of a later arrival time, the booking contract is automatically cancelled and the owners are free to give the room(s) to another guest. The owners are not obliged to refund the deposit and have the right to ask the guest to pay the full amount of the reservation. d)	In the case of a shortened length of stay, the full amount of the confirmed booking is due. e)	In the case of a reservation being cancelled after check-in, the owners have the right to claim the full amount of the confirmed booking. In the case of a lengthy stay, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance that covers cancellations

From Nice down-town on Promenade des Anglais : Turn onto right, direction « Magnan », « hôpital l’Archet », « La Madeleine » since the crossroad of Magnan, Go under expressway bridge and turn left St Roman de Bellet on Boulevard Carlone opposite the pharmacy. Go straight up for approximately 5 miles. Crossing over two mini roundabouts along the way. As you enter St Roman de Bellet looks for the church on the left, turn left into Place Louis Martin. Straight ahead for 1/4 miles and Villa Kilauea is on your right.
