    Located in the old Nice on the promenade des Anglais, facing the sea, the Lou Souleou enjoys an ideal location between the beach and the old town. In the lounge or on the balcony, you can take your breakfast with a beautiful sea view and attend every evening of wonderful sunsets. Our guest room offers a simple room "Nimis", a double room "Swazi", a double room "Zen" with a private terrace, a house divided for 4 people and a family room "Azur" for 4 people. For all the rooms, the price includes a continental breakfast and the bed linen; computers are also at your disposal free of charge. Machu and Picchu, our cats, will also be happy to welcome you.

    excellent hospitalty by the sea

    A few steps away from the beaches and the old town/Vielle Ville this ideally located accommodation is run by a hospitable couple. Splendid view onthe blue sky and blue sea from the salon/living room over a nicely laid breakfast table ...feels like home! The rooms are comfortable and stylish and the dormitory style room with bunk beds is ideal for friends or individual travellers whereas families and couples can also find rooms with double beds. The hosts' warm-hearted professionalism really adds an extra charm to your stay.
