Marie Claude, the owner, welcomes you to her flat on the seventh floor, the top of the building (lift) with a large terrace with panoramic views past the roofs tops and the mountains. The bedroom has a private adjoining bathroom with toilet, very comfortable, renovated 2011. Air conditioning - WIFI - TV - Also a nice private balcony - The breakfast on the sunny terrace . The accommodation is independent, you may come and go as you please. A quiet haven in the heart of the city.

The apartment was well situated for easy access to trams and buses.The breakfast was fresh and tasty.Marie Claude's local knowledge was excellent and she was able to get bus tickets and maps for us.The apartment was clean to a very high standard.We want to go back very very impressed.

I visited Nice with my daughter. We stayed one week with Marie. The location is perfect, with everything nearby. The room is spacious, the bathroom has everything that you need. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. I will be back. And Marie is the most lovely French hostess!

Apartment located on a quiet street in the centre of Nice. Lovely room with ensuite bathroom and terrace, all spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. Breakfast of yogurts croissants and coffee on the main terrace in the morning - views towards the hills behind Nice. Marie Claude is an excellent hostess, very helpful with directions etc, she also provided us with a tram card to get us to the train station. This is a little gem in the heart of the city. By foot 2 minutes from the tram station Acropolis or buses. 2 minutes from the pedestrian area Republique. 10 minutes from Place Garibaldi lovely square and little streets of the old town, museum and theatre. 20 minutes from the Place Masséna and the port. 30 minutes from the beaches, the Promenade des Anglais, le Marché aux Fleurs, l'Opéra, la Cathédrale. All that by foot or direct by tramway. Near buses to Monaco, Cannes, Menton, etc.. Also parking free.
