    A hollowed out thick slice of French bread(Flute)placed in a hot buttery pan,a fresh egg is cracked into the hollowed out bread on top of shredded aged Gouda cheese and a optional julienne ham. As it cooks, more shredded aged Gouda cheese and a optional julienne ham is placed on top to melt. A quick flip for a minute then served with fresh fruit of the season, coffee, tea and juice.
