**Available from 2013 as a 2-bedr. flat with kitchenette** Our delightful flat, tucked away in a calm street, is literally just steps away from the centre of Montignac, the tourist office, all shops and restaurants, banks, bakery/patisserie and bicycle rental. The wonderful Lascaux cave paintings are 5 min. away, Sarlat, Beynac, Hautefort and Les Eyzies a short drive. Dating back more than 250 years, our lovingly restored flat is situated in one part of two interconnected town houses with view onto a charming back garden. Your access from the street to the accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floor passes through a former horse stable with an authentic stone floor. Our holiday flat offers two bedrooms (4-6) and dining room with fridge/gaz cooker/microwave. Carefully renovated, the old charm has been preserved with original oak beams and a rustic fireplace. A perfect town retreat for a couple, a family or a group to experience the summer buzz of a lively charming French town full of history! Thanks to our perfect knowledge of the area, we are happy to help you plan perfect holiday.

Motorway access A89 (La Transeuropéenne) between Lyon - Bordeaux. Montignac is situated at 12 km from motorway access, just about in the middle between Brive and Périgueux. Best train connections Brive (TGV) and Périgueux, closest local trainstations Condat-Le Lardin. Car is recommended (public transport hardly exists), particularly if you don't want to miss out on all the wonderful sites this area has to offer. B&B is located in a small street in immediate proximity to tourist information and Lascaux ticket office, banks, cafés and all shops. Please indicate your approx. arrival time.
