    Located on the edge of the forest of Rambouillet and 2 steps from Versailles, the former village of Montfort L'amaury, streets with tiles and the peaceful surroundings, has often been called "the Athens of Yvelines. Nestled in the historic centre of the village, whose charm and warmth will delight the most far-sighted travellers, La Moutiere is a former coaching inn dating back to the 18th century. It is a house renovated with taste and refinement. Light and elegance, the House presents a fusion of old and contemporary, with wax and gouache paintings, abstract, and engravings of orchids here and there... The rooms are in moles, degraded mouse grey and beige tones with contemporary bathrooms very clean. Its fleet of 900 mc you had during sunny days with a fed ducks and the ramparts of the City 2 not. A beautiful meeting with history, because this ancient Inn has seen pass with heads crowned and with prestigious writers, musicians & movie stars in the 1950s
