Situated only 2 kms from the historical centre of Aix-en-Provence, Mas des Micocouliers is a typically Provencal stone guest house dating from the 19th century. Entirely restored, it benefits from a privileged situation combining the attractions of the countryside and those of the city.
The Mas boasts five types of accomodation to suit everyone's needs. There are kitchenettes in all rooms and gardens to relax and enjoy provencal food and wine.
In the heart of the protected hills of the Montaiguet, 100m from the bridge of "Les Trois Sautets" painted by Cezanne with the Sainte Victoire mountain nearby.
Mas des Micocouliers is extremely well located for enjoying the charms of Aix (its rich historic past and its cultural present), and the surrounding countryside (National parks of the Luberon, lavender fields, Provencal villages and markets, cliffs of Cassis).
We are situated less than 2 kms from an excellent Bio supermarket which has a comprehensive range of organic/bio products.
Just behind our property is the start of a stunning walk, cycle or jog around the hills of the Montaiguet down to the beautiful river Arc - why not join the regular joggers!
Home made jam served for breakfast when available, fresh herbs available for you to cook with from our garden.

    The Jasmine Suite (25m2)is a duplex accommodation on 2 levels. The lower level includes the shower room/w.c., kitchenette and eating area leading to the shared patio and tranquil garden with more tables and chairs.The 1st level has a double bedroom overlooking the garden and swimming pool area.The Laurier Rose Suite is a 20m2 studio on one level with it's outside door leading to the shared patio with tables and chairs, tranquil garden and swimming pool. There is a double bed, folding table and chairs, kitchenette (with microwave, 2 ring hob and refrigerator, cutlery and crockery) and en-suite shower room/w.c.
    The Olivier Suite is a 20m2 studio on one level with it's outside door leading to the shared patio with tables and chairs, tranquil garden and swimming pool. There is a double bed, folding table and chairs, kitchenette (with microwave, 2 ring hob and refrigerator, cutlery and crockery) and en-suite shower room/w.c.The Lavende Suite (45m2) is on 2 levels:mezzanine has a double bed and it overlooks the garden, patio area and swimming pool.The lower level door leads to the shard patio area, tranquil garden and swimming pool.It has a double sofa bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, with an en-suite shower room/w.c. kitchenette with microwave, refridgerator, 2 ring hob, cutlery and crockery. Sleeps 4 people comfortably.
    The Mirabelle Suite (45m2) has a few steps leading into it from the tranquil garden and patio area. There is a main large double bedroom overlooking the garden and swimming pool. A couple of steps down from here is the living area where there are 1 or 2 single beds plus sofa with breakfast bar to kitchenette equipped with micowave oven, refridgerator, 2 ring hob, cutlery and crockery.The en-suite bathroom is next to the separate w.c.
