Between Saint-Emilion and Bergerac, at the gates of Périgord, discover our House of charm, surrounded by a 11 hectares, located park in the heart of the vineyards of Bordeaux, Bergerac, Monbazillac, and Duras. Classified "4 key" and "Bacchus" by Clévacances, fully restored in 2011, our 4 suites have independent access giving full-foot on the gardens, private parking, a terrace, a swimming pool, a bowls area and free WIFI. They are fully equipped with housewares high-end hotel, plateau of home with kettle, coffee, tea, chocolate, flatscreen TV, DVD player. Our bathrooms include bathrobes, home products, hairdryer with Shaver international decision-making, and Bath Spa for our suite Bacchus.

Cancellations: Any termination of this contract on the initiative of the tenant should be addressed to the owner by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address indicated at the top of this agreement, the date of receipt by the owner being authentic. -When termination is active in more than 90 days prior to the entry into the premises, the owner renders within 30 days of cancellation the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant - if such termination occurs in between 60-90 days prior to the entry into the premises, the owner renders within 30 days of termination 75% of the amount of the deposit paid by the tenant - if such termination occurs in a including delay between 30 to 60 days prior to the entry into the premises, the owner renders within 30 days of cancellation 50% of the amount of the deposit paid by the tenant. -If such termination occurs within less than 30 days before the entry into the premises, the owner retains the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant. -For a cancellation or amendment within 8 days of the date of the stay, or if the tenant not appear the day mentioned on the contract and spent a period of 24 H and without notice the owner notified: - this contract is considered terminated - the entire of stay is billed, - the owner may dispose of its location.
