      We are located 30km south of Le Mans City centre & 65km north of Tours. We are a very direct 10 min drive from the A28 motorway; only a 2hrs drive from the Normandy coast and the port of Caen, 2½ from Le Havre & Dieppe, 3½ from Cherbourg and 4 hrs from Roscoff Port by car. And a 2 hrs drive from Paris (but allow for traffic). The Local airports are at Tours 40 mins, Angers 1 hrs & Rennes 1½ drive. The TGV train from Paris Montparnasse to Le Mans takes 54 mins for those travelling by Euro Star or flying into any Paris Airports. Local directions: Exit at Junction 24 (Parigne L'Eveque) of the A28 Motorway. Travel southwards towards 'La Chartre-sur-Loir' on the main A-road (D304) for 19km, taking approximately 10 mins. At the town of Le Grand-Luce marked, stay on the main road for approximately 2km, bi-passing the town centre. Turn right 500m after the restaurant 'L'etang des Cerises', when you see the white & red bollard on the right hand side of the road. The property is sign posted 'Les Contensieres'. Follow the road up through the woodland, you are on the private road to your destination.
