What you cannot see in the picture is the view from the front doorstep, - straight up the main street to the ski slopes, and to the slopes of the Parc de Volcans on either side.

    The Villa les Princes is within a few moment's walking distance of Casino, cultural venues, thermal spas, restaurants, individual little french shops and wonderful open spaces. All interests are catered for in this wonderful 4-season and multi-generation destination. Two 2-room family suites for 2-4 (plus baby) welcome your dog as well as you, child and animal minding available. Our two luxury bedrooms are perfect for the romantic amongst you (and baby), or combine b&b with our self catering apartment for an extended family holiday.Special rates and catering provision for larger groups.

    Maggie and Tony used to own an online and shop based yarn and design business, Maggie still knits and crochets and has passed on a love of crafts to her daughter Helen who helps in the business. Tony was a computer expert for many years and now enjoys restoring old buildings along with son Alex. Oldest son Dominic, who is a Ballymaloe trained cook, also works as a freelance online computer gaming journalist so lots of equipment and games for anyone missing their 'stuff' on holiday.

    We do not have a single signature dish as we cook to the season using local seasonal produce where possible. A typical summer menu might be (4-course dinner, bring your own wine), Bruschetta with a variety of toppings, Warm roast chicken Salad with broad beans, butter beans, rocket and preserved lemon served with couscous and/or homemade flatbreads, a cheese board with local cheeses, Moroccan orange salad with cinnamon, orange flower water and pomegranate seeds served with vanilla ice-cream or real fruit sorbet. We will always consult with guests about menus to ensure everyone likes what they are presented with, and can also cater celebrations and picnics.
