Pour notre 3e séjour à la Ferme Manoir St Barthélémy nous avons (comme d'habitude) reçu un accueil très chaleureux, le lieu est tojours aussi calme et table très appréciable avec des produits du terroir cuisiné par Patricia Saunier

Patricia et Frédéric sont nés en Normandie en 1964, elle une « vraie Normande » du pays du bon beurre et de l’andouille : Vire, lui « un faux Normand » du pays des terres neuvas et de la Bénédictine : Fécamp.Nous redonnons vie à cette ferme manoir typique du Bessin en procédant nous même, avec beaucoup de patience et « d’huile de coude » depuis 2002, à de nombreux travaux de fonctionnement et d’embellissement. Patricia est pasionnée par les chevaux et la danse.
