APARTMENT ART PICTURE Apartment comfortable furnished, fully renovated, in a beautiful building of the 18th century, located in the historic "Little Venice", dock of the fish shop in Colmar just 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Free public parking nearby. Apartment 69 m2 on the 1st floor, with a capacity of 2 to 4 people. This apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed comfort for 2 persons, dining area, kitchen with full equipment (induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave), small electric household (coffee machine, toaster...), iron and ironing board. Bathroom and separate WC, hairdryer. Large room with comfort for 2 persons double bed (160 / 200 cm), two wardrobes and suite Office with photocopier, scanner. Shutters, blinds blackout. Bed linen, linens and toiletries provided and included in the rental rate. Cleaning end of stay €30 WiFi free access. Flat screen TV with DVB-t channels. Possibility of renting for the week or weekend for 3 nights.
