The property has a surface area of around 300m², it’s made with old materials and made by craftsmen. It has an exceptional location on the south side of the hill, it is at an altitude of 50m, it dominates the Bay of Saint Tropez and gives you a sea view at east ; at eastern south the magnificent village of Gassin, the hills of the Massif des Maures from east to west delight the landscape. Quietness with neighbouring vineyard, but even so nearly from all conveniences : 800m to the village center, 700m to the supermarket, 500m to the fast road which lets you go to the beach more quickly whithout going through the village. 4 km to the sea, 9km to Saint Tropez, 9km to Ste Maxime
