This beautiful spacious house, built in 1911, has large secure grounds, beautiful 12m x 6m salted pool and a comfortable sun terrace. There are three en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, arranged as two doubles (1 with a child's bed) and one twin. The house is set in huge grounds with swimming pool and patio terrace. Located in a lovely village, surrounded by fields of vines, 35 mins drive from Merignac airport, St-Emilion and Bordeaux city centre. Easy access to Bordeaux tram service and the city centre. All tourist sites are within easy reach, including vineyards, beaches and monuments. The village is classified as a "Village Feuri", it is a nice and calm place to come to get away from the noise of big cities, We are very lucky to have a very nice restaurant 200 meters away open for lunch and dinner and another nice one 3 km away from the house. The nearest beach is Arcachon about 80 km away, golf is 30 km away.
