    Images La Maison de Paix is situated in Castres in the Tarn region of south west France. The Tarn is a glorious meeting place with her back resting against the Pyrenean mountains, the rocky slopes and upland pastures fall into deep dales, wide plains and sunlit forests, also close to the great cities of Toulouse, Carcassonne, Albi and Montpellier. The Tarn borders South West France and the Midi. A 10 hour drive from northern ferry ports, with motorway up until the last 30 minutes, makes for practical access by car. The availability of surrounding airports gives interesting travel options. Toulouse and Carcassonne airports are approximately 1 hours drive. The Paris Toulouse TGV service with local rail links is also a favourite.
