    It is at the heart of the popular, historic and very much alive in the Barbican, at the foot of the ramparts of the city, that we are installed and chose to open our bed and breakfast, entirely renovated in 2011, the guests wanting to stop time and live the moments privileged in a place out of time... Leaning at the Saint-Gimer Chapel and a few steps from the city of Carcassonne and its attractions, the Posada del Castillo offers careful rooms combining modern comfort (bedding and sanitary quality...), and old items in relation to the theme of each of them and location so that your stay unique and unforgettable. You will take your breakfast, consisting of carefully selected ingredients and most of the time regional, labelled or bio, on a terrace in the city and the count Palace, giving you a grandiose framework as soon as your alarm clock. You can then go visit the city or the region with the advice of Enrique or Laurence who speak several languages and can you propose or even organize walks historical, spiritual, cultural, oenological... or sports activities according to your taste, on foot, by car, bike, boat or motorcycle...
