This is a really lovely residence. Hidden away but close to lots of interesting places. Elizabeth is a delightful host. She has super suggestions for things to do, places to see. We stayed for a week September 2014 and loved it. Very simple breakfast served with great charm and elegance.

Our rooms were lovely, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The Castel is filled with character and a great deal of thought has gone in every detail. The views from the windows are captivating and we were able to enjoy our beautiful breakfast sitting in the garden. We requested a simple breakfast and it was wonderful. Fresh croissants and bread, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, café au lait and soft boiled eggs. We sat by the pool and Elisabeth suggested some sights we should see - and she was right. The area is wonderful, Bourg is charming. Thank you Castel de Camillac and Elisabeth - you helped make our visit to southern France spectacular - it was a perfect beginning for our holiday. Looking for a good of exception the castel of Camillac is available to us and we immediately liked it. The restoration of the place was long and detailed to reinstate its original stamp of the 18 th century "age of enlightenment" Hopefully have succeeded and can be shared with you the calm and quiet coming out of this place
