Bed and Breakfast in a traditional farm in the foothills of the French Pyrenees - Guests stay in the farm's simply and attractively converted Barn (on the right).
Bedroom 1 - the Family Bedroom in the farm: The room has 4 twin beds (2 normally together, as shown), a washbasin, en suite shower and private toilet immediately outside in the corridor. Open the windows to trees, the green woodpeckers and the dulcet tones of cowbells from the pastures below.
The converted barn with views south to the mountains. The bedrooms are on the first floor, facing onto the grassed courtyard (one onto the pastures). The communal rooms are on the ground floor: the kitchen/dining room, a playroom with ping-pong table and piano, and a large carpeted relaxation/yoga room.

Bedroom 3, sleeps 2 in twin beds (which can be put together or separate). Has a washbasin, and a private toilet and shower in the corridor outside. The window opens onto the grassed courtyard, bordered by trees, with views to the mountains on the other side of the valley.
Looking South West from the corner of the courtyard - the hill in the background climbs to two mountains, where you get fabulous views of the highest peaks of the Pyrenees (a 6-hour walk there and back).
The dining area, where you can enjoy Myriam's healthy, tasty dishes in the comfort of central heating and a wood fire on colder winter nights.
The sitting room of Bed and Breakfast Apartment West, set at the top of a meadow, above the farm. The Apartment has a wood terrace with fabulous views south and west over the valley, forests and mountains.
One of over 60 Lakes in the wild and protected Néouvielle Nature Reserve, nearby in the high Pyrenees. For lovers of wildlife, lakes and walking, this is a must!

Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a 200-year-old farmhouse in the foothills of the highest Peaks of the Pyrenees. The farm nestles on a hillside above the tiny village of Asque in Les Baronnies area-a magical world apart of small farms, lush, little-used pastures, and magnificent hardwood forests. A paradise for walkers and nature lovers, here you will find peace and seclusion in a beautiful setting, and, at the same time, have easy access to a wide range of attractions and activities to suit most tastes. We provide delicious three-course dinners on request, prepared with seasonal and mostly organic produce from our vegetable garden or local producers.

Farm Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 (25m2) in the farm's converted barn is the family room. It has 4 single beds, which can be placed together, and is simply and tastefully decorated. It has a washbasin and ensuite shower, and a private toilet (immediately outside in the corridor). With sloping ceilings, a polished wood floor and an eastern gable wall in natural stone, whose double-window faces onto trees and our pastures.

Prices per night (breakfast included): 49 euros for 2, 60 euros for 3, 70 euros for 4 (reductions for young children).

From TOULOUSE take the A64 towards Tarbes or from PAU take the A64 towards Toulouse, then in either case leave the motorway at Exit 15 (Capvern). You will then arrive at a large roundabout, take the exit for Capvern. At the next roundabout do NOT take the first turn off (to Capvern-les-Bains etc). Take the second turn off, signed to Capvern-Centre, Les Craouès, Bagnères de Bigorre etc. As you enter Capvern, the road rises slightly and then bends slightly right and descends slightly. Continue onthe straight level stretch for a few hundred meters and then take a sharp turn left (D139), signed to Molère and Benqué, Sarlabous, Moulin des Baronnies. Pass by the edge of Molère and then pass through Benqué. Continue on the D139 for about 1 km until you reach a T junction. Turn left here onto the D14, direction Bulan/Gouffre d’Esparros. You will almost immediately pass the Moulin des Baronnies, Sarlabous on your right. Continue on the D14 for a few kilometers and then take the first right turn, to Bulan/Batsère (D82),passing over a little bridge. Pass through Batsère and continue on to Bulan on the D82. When you reach Bulan, turn right onto the D26 for Asque/Bagnères de Bigorre and continue following signs for Asque/Bagnères through the village. Shortly after Bulan you will reach Couret d'Asque, where you should follow the detailed instructions below. DETAIL: As you come into Couret d'Asque you will climb and reach an area on your left with a telephone box and picnic table and a left turning. Turn left here, following a sign for "La Source Gîtes B&B". Then, almost immediately turn right into "Cami Deras Estrapas" - you will see a sign for "La Source Gîte and B&B" at the turning. Travel down the hill 200 metres, until you reach Nº 2, signed "La Source Loubetas Gîte and B&B." Please park in the marked parking area on the left, just before the sign, if you don’t have heavy luggage, or turn left at the sign and descend the track 100 metres to the farmhouse to unload.
