    Located 15 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, in an area designated NATURA 2000 for the quality of its environment, the Domaine de Calvayrac is an ideal holiday location for exploring the Cathar castles, the medieval villages, the abbeys, and the traditional gastronomy of the region. In the west wing of the house are our three charming guest rooms, in a quiet and resting environment. Each can accommodate 3 people. The evening, after a day spent discovering the thousandtreasures of the Cathar country, you can relax in the garden with an aperitif, before to share conviviality and traditional gastronomy around the “Table d'hôtes”.
