    En juillet 1985, Barry Luce et Thomas Boycks a acheté la maison et a commencé à examiner le processus de décomposition et de vie nouveau souffle dans cette ancienne structure élégante. Le seul but de transformer cette maison en un lit élégant, romantique, Victorian & petit déjeuner. Ouverture en juin 1987, le Fargo Mansion Inn est devenue une destination pour la première fois lit et les invités de petit déjeuner ainsi qu'une retraite de retour pour beaucoup au cours des dernières années 18. Veuillez venir et profitez. Nous attendons votre arrivée !

    October 2012 girls trip!

    We--four girl friends from Ohio and Kentucky--recently spent two wonderful nights in the Fargo Mansion Inn. I would highly recommend a stay here. The hosts, Tom and Barry, are warm and gracious. The rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding. We felt we were staying in a home away from home. The restored late Victorian home is beautiful and Lake Mills is charming. If you find yourself looking for a place to stay near Madison, Wisconsin, put Fargo Mansion Inn at the top of your list.

    Returned for the historic charm

    We once again enjoyed the charm and hospitality offered by Tom & Barry at Fargo Mansion. The relaxing atmosphere of the home, town and people brought us back. We enjoyed reading about the history of the Fargo Mansion, the surroundings and especially its original owners. The history comes alive hearing Tom provide details of the times and families. Relaxing in your room, on the porch or inside makes the visit special.

    Wonderful House and Service

    We stayed for 4 days in early October. The house is wonderful. This outstanding example of the Victorian Estate House may show a little age on the outside but is great inside. The rooms are fresh and tastefully decorated. Decor is spectacular. Breakfast was grand and owner's service was great. We will find our way back some day.
