    This peaceful park like setting with a 60's Ranch Style Cottage and 2 cottage rooms, is a welcomed retreat from all of your fun filled days in the Dells. Quiet nights, stars and wildlife are some of the "attractions" at Bowman's Oak Hill. Full breakfasts, great beds, some whirlpool rooms with fireplaces, free wifi and other amazing guests to visit with, are some of the amenities to experiance here. We are located a short 1 mile drive form the center of town on 36 acres of lawns, organic gardens, and woods to wander. We look forward to meeting you and having you as our guests.

    We have stayed here twice in the past several months and would highly recommend it to anyone. Very relaxing atmosphere, pretty grounds, extremely clean and attractive rooms, great food, friendly and accommodating hosts.

    Our second stay!!

    This was our second stay at this B&B to celebrate another anniversary. From the moment we checked in til we packed up and waved goodbye, we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. We chose a different cottage and were just as pleased as we were on our first visit. The bathroom floor is heated and we seriously giggled each time we set foot in there. The breakfast was not pretentious or common. Just plain good food with flair. You will not be disappointed. We certainly will be going back . Darnell & Heather

    Great Stay for a great value

    We stayed here on our anniversary weekend getaway. The room met my expectations and compared to other rooms for B&B's we have stayed at. Service wise was above and beyond. We did the water park package and they called for us to make sure they were accepting the passes the day we were looking to go. Outstanding value, delicious breakfast. Would stay here again if needing a place to stay in the Dells.

    Bowman's Garden Cottage

    This is a secluded romantic hideaway with King Bed, whirlpool tub, fireplace, leather love seat, bentwood rocker, TV w/ DVD, High quality linens, pvt.deck with a view of the woods and garden, microwave oven, small fridg and coffee pot. We include a complimentery turndown service. Ideal for honeymoons and anniversarys.

    The Berndt Cottage

    This charmingly romantic cabin style cottage room has a wrap around deck with rockers and offers a direct view of our garden. It is all knotty pine inside including the floor. There is a king Bed and queen sofa sleeper, Kitchenette with dishes and gateleg table, Fireplace with TV/DVR over it. This space has been enjoyed by honeymooners, anniversary couples as well as for girls getaways. The bathroom has a leg tub with shower over it. As of May 2010 the tub will have been replaced with a whirlpool tub.

    Gracie's Garden Room

    This Romantic Corner Room has a lovely light green garden decor.The corner whirlpool tub is very inviting. To add to the romance there is a small electric stove type fireplace. There are 2 wicker chairs and a Queen size white iron bed with high quality bedding and linens. The views are of the woods and lawns. You may see deer from your windows in the morning.

    Elmer's Oak View Room

    As the original master bedroom of the house, this Corner Room has a view of the 200 year old Oak that the property was named for. It features a dark iron Qeen Bed, two antique dressers, electric fireplace, and two wing back chairs. The bathroom has a traditional tub with Spa type shower over it and two sinks. The quality bedding and linens add to the pleasure of this spacious room.

    Aunt Geraldine's Room

    The light yellow and blues in this room with the same colors in the detached private bath make a very cheerful room for a couple or people traveling together who need two beds. Morning sun will greet you as it streams through the red maple tree outside. This is a great room for a girlfriend retreat.

    This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we loved it. The property was beautiful and the attention to detail in our room was outstanding. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get out of the touristy watermark atmosphere in the Dells.

    Everything about our experience at Bowman's Oak Hill B&B was great. From being welcomed in when we arrived to the check-out, each detail exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect for our honeymoon and the service was great. They didn't have other guests on some of the nights during the week so breakfast was brought to us at our cottage in the morning which was a nice service. All of our future visits to the Wisconsin Dells will include a stop at the Bowman's Oak Hill B&B!

    This was my last trip up to Wis. Dells for Volleyball tournaments. My daughter is a Sr. and I have been coming up there for 5 yrs. The girls all stay together and I forgot to make a reservation at the hotel. Faced with high priced, water park rooms, I turned to B&B sites. WHY DID I NOT DO THIS 5 YRS. AGO!!! So relaxing and enjoyable!

Go straight up the driveway, stay to the left following the arrows to the front door. You can not see the house from the road.
