Meyer House is simply the best place to stay in the Davis/Canaan Valley area. A quiet, relaxing respite after a hard day skiing/hiking/biking. Out of this world breakfasts!

My wife and I have stayed at numerous bed and breakfasts throughout the country. After staying at the Meyer House twice now, we believe it is among the best. The proprietor, Cindy, did everything necessary to make our stay pleasant, comfortable, and convenient. We will certainly return.

First time for us staying at the Meyer house. I was very pleased. Great historic decor in a beautiful old house that they are restoring...the old rooms with high ceilings were really cool. Hearty gourmetbreakfast. My son is celiac and they did a great job.

Meaningful and Beautiful! I was impressed with the hospitality, helpfulness, and warmth of Cindy and Jon. It was a winter wonderland. The furnishings were just enough history to escape back-in-time. This was a stress-free experience, a great space to rejuvenate. I plan to return.

Beautifully decorated and renovated Victorian, large, spacious, and well-appointed rooms, and a great location to experience all the area has to offer. Cindy is a wonderful host and the breakfasts are fantastic!
