Had a great time!!

4,4 sur juillet 26, 2016

I took a friend to Forks who was visiting me in Seattle. We had a great time. Misty Valley was a great place to crash for the night. We stayed in the English Room which had a GREAT, LARGE bathroom. We needed a big hot shower. Everything was clean and tidy. Very much like staying in someone's home. Loved all the decks. So beautiful. Rachel was so nice. Her chocolate chip cookies are to DIE FOR!! Breakfast was really great. It lived up to the pictures. We had the omelet and the strawberry crepe. Both were amazing. My only suggestion is to maybe have some protein options as sides at breakfast, that's all.

great stay at Misty Valley Inn

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Misty Valley Inn. Rachel and Jim were very warm and welcoming, and Rachel provided us with excellent information about the area. The inn is very beautiful, and breakfast was outstanding. Forks is a great base for exploring the Olympic peninsula.

Very pleasant stay and nice owners

Misty Valley Inn Forks, WA

We stayed for 2 nights at the Misty Valley Inn and it was a totally delightful experience. Rachel is the most welcoming host with a wealth of information about the area. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with so many thoughtful details and the breakfasts are amazing. There are home made delicious desserts with coffee and tea available all day. What a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful, get-a-way and a perfect location for exploring the northern part of the Olympic Peninsula!

Cute B&B; Great Service

5 sur juillet 21, 2016

We only booked for one night, but wished we stayed longer! Excellent hospitality and delicious breakfast. We were warmly greeted by the woman who owns the B&B and she showed us around and gave us recommendations for dinner around the area. She took our breakfast order and told us to make ourselves at home. The house has beautiful forest views. In the morning, we had breakfast on the deck and it was very peaceful. We stayed here because we were heading to the HOH rainforest and it was about a 45 min drive. Thank you for your hospitality-- we will recommend to anyone heading that way!

We stayed one night to do some exploring in the area. Rachel was gracious, our room comfortable, and the food delicious. Rachel have us lots of ideas for things to do and places to eat dinner. I'd almost be tempted to visit again just to have breakfast!

Best breakfast I've ever had!

All staffs were super friendly, and the room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was extremely delicious and fancy!!!!!! I would highly recommend this B&B to my friends if they visit Olympic NP.

More than just a room for the night!

4,4 sur juillet 11, 2016

My wife and I were fortunate to stay here for 2 nights. The B&B is right on 101, but set back far enough that it is very quiet and has the feeling of seclusion while still being just a short drive from town and many of the local sights. Rachel warmly welcomed and showed us around the property before being leading to the “Dutch Room”, which is the largest and has its own balcony, but the other rooms looked very inviting as well. The common rooms are warm and inviting too with great views of the forest and its birds and squirrels which come to feed off the deck. As nice as the rooms are, it’s the breakfasts that are the standout. If you are set on having something “healthy” and “low-calorie”, the staff will do their best to provide it, but my advice is to sit back and enjoy the almost decadent offerings. After having wakeup coffee delivered to our room in the morning, we gathered with some of the other guests to enjoy our breakfast. We were fortunate to enjoy four different items: Strawberry crepe, Logger’s pancakes, Apple soufflé and French toast. My favorite was the French toast which was so light and creamy that made it almost like a soufflé. The apple soufflé was #1 with my wife. Be advised; the Loggers pancakes are delicious but will require a lumberjack’s appetite to finish, but fear not, only put butter and syrup on half and take the other half to snack on because you won’t want to leave them behind. Besides the main course you will be served a scone, or muffin, or cinnamon roll and some fruit like warm spiced apples, not to mention hot and cold beverages. In the evening a cake, lemon bars, and cookies are set out for your enjoyment. All the staff members were all helpful and friendly and the whole experience, from the warm and welcoming greeting to the last bite of our last breakfast, was so enjoyable we wished we could have stayed even longer.
