octobre 04, 2012
We spent a portion of our 40th wedding anniversary (9/26-9/29/12) trip here and could not have had a better experience. Anna is a warm and personable innkeeper. Karen and Maria are her great assistants. All made us feel so much at ease we did not want to go home! We stayed in the Bay Room, a lovely second floor corner room done in "feel good" pastel shades of blue, white, and yellow. When Anna opened the door to our room, we were greeted by iced wine, champagne flutes, an anniversary card, and a queen sized bed strewn with rose petals. Anna's breakfasts were amazing -- Asiago cheese and spinach quiche and blueberry bread pudding with fresh whipped cream. The atmosphere and furniture are appropriate to this Victorian era jewel of a home. There are no tv's or internet at Miss Molly's. In keeping with the Victorian theme, one had the leisure to read books and converse with the other guests in the common room or on the large, comfortable screened in porch. If one wishes for a "generic" travel accomodation experience, with tv and internet, don't stay here! We understand why previous guests keep coming back, and we will do the same the next time we are in Chincoteague. Based on our experience, we will continue to recommend Miss Molly's.

Every year I think I should go someplace other than Chincoteague for vaction but then I remember how wonderful Miss Molly's Inn is, and how much I love Chincoteague, and I book a room yet again. The weather and the stores may change, but Miss Molly's is always awesome. I just came home today and am already thinking about my next visit.

Anna’s breakfasts and hospitality were wonderful. We felt the Inn itself, including our guest room, was a grade below what was described and pictured on the website.

This is our first stay in a Bed and Breakfast and Miss Molly's didn't let us down. Sam checked us in - he gave us a great run down of what the island had to offer and suggested a few places for dinner. Anna and her assistant served up some great chow and were very accomodating. Thank you guys for the card and bottle of champagne! We had the Upper Deck room, the view and outside deck all to ourselves.

4,8 out of 5A Wonderful "Weekend" Retreat
mai 03, 2012
This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. Anna the hostess was delightful and worked diligently to ensure that we were able to see and do everything we wanted. She recommended a delicious restaurant and was even able to get my husband and I a private boat tour of the island from Captain Carlton Leonard's Island Cruises. We had our two-day stay during the week, and so the Inn wasn't terribly crowded. Anna upgraded us to a different room (without us even needing to ask) so that we had access to the deck during our stay, allowing us to come and go without having to walk through the house. Breakfast was delicious! We didn't pay extra for the English Afternoon Tea served at 3:30, but another couple did and said it was fantastic! We will absolutely be sure to stay at Miss Molly's again when we head back to the Island.

This was our second stay at Miss Molly's Inn on Chincoteague Island. My wife and I have stayed at several BnBs, and this definitely is at the top of our list. Innkeepers, Sam and Lin Mazza have gone to great lengths to insure a wonderful stay at their BnB. The Inn is furnished beautifully. We stayed in the recently remodeled "Bay Room." It was very cozy and just perfect! Our prior stay was in the room where author, Marguerite Henry penned her famous book, "Misty of Chincoteague" in 1947. The breakfasts are the most elegant and scrumptious that you will ever have. My wife and I plan to make this a yearly experience. Sam and Lin are very knowledgeable about the local attractions and eating establishments. Lin recommended a restaurant to try, and we went back there every evening during our stay. This Inn is most highly recommended.
3,0 out of 5Very small room!
juillet 26, 2008
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful when we called to book, but the queen bed in the room turned out to be a double, and the room was much too small even for a couple. The other rooms seem much roomier than the Captain's room for a minimal price difference. The porches and gazebo do nicely add to the extra lounging space available, but this B&B was not really our style. ALOT of collectibles everywhere, which can be charming. The breakfast was good, very nice setup.

Miss Molly's was excellent. The food was yummy. The owners knew everything. Where to go for the best beaches along with the best food. They made our stay amazing.
