    Great place for our one night getaway.

    Patti was warm and friendly, the place was immaculate, we were within walking distance of one of our favorite restaurants, and the stuffed french toast with fresh strawberries was delicious. We will certainly go back again.

    Wonderful experience

    My daughter and I were looking at college nearby and stayed one night at the Eddington. I am now glad that she will be going to the school so that my husband and I can look forward to additional nights at the EH over the next few years. Patti was very accommodating and helpful with local knowledge. Very good breakfast which we have recreated with success at home.

    The Eddington House Inn had historic charm and the food and hostessing were top-notch. I have stayed at many B&Bs and this was one of the best I have experienced. I would recommend it without hesitation!

    My husband and I were given a "relax and unwind" package and had an amazing experience. The suite was so thoughtfully done and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, the recommendations from Patti were spot on, the bed comfortable and cozy, and the day long treats were delicious. We will be back.

    A perfect weekend!

    We had such a wonderful weekend at Eddington House Inn in Bennington. It is in a perfect location. We went on some beautiful walks each morning before breakfast. Patti was a fabulous hostess. She made te best breakfast. From baked eggs to french toast casserole, everything was so yummy! Our room was really comfortable and clean. Such a great bed and breakfast!

    A Lovely Introduction to Vermont

    Our first trip to Vermont, we chose the Eddington House as our main base. We were most happy with our decision. Patty is a superb hostess providing three clean, simply decorated rooms in a warm sunny home! Our first floor suite was immaculate, the linens crisp and nightstand bonbons most welcomed! Breakfasts were an alternate os sweet one day and savory the next and a wonderful expectation for us each morning. Patty is encyclopedic on the area, even providing us bike riding routes in a flash. We highly recommend for the warmth, comfort and true delight of a Vermont vacation experience!
