"I had the pleasure of staying at ixora place about one week ago when i was looking for a getaway from my extremely stressful job. As a local i can say that i felt like i was at home due to the feel and friendliness of my hosts as well as the fantastic breakfast every morning. The additional meals were fantastic, never boring and everything fresh and local always beautifully presented. I am 3 pounds heavier but significantly happier.. The service was fantastic, you have the feel of being part of a home but Clare and Jerry are not at all intrusive and having your own entrance and exit gives you the privacy that you need i had guests over and did not feel at all like i was intruding. The room was comfortable, simply but beautifully decorated and clean. So to sum it up if you want a great place to stay and get that true trini hospitality with good company and great food and value for your money, ixora is it.....
