Buona Sera Cottage is a downstairs unit. Queen bed with small jacuzzi tub/hand held shower.
Buona Sera is on the left. Bellissimo is the Studio Loft on the right, with a private entrance around back. The Bicycles are complimentary to ride down Ranch Road 1, which travels along the river!
Buona Sera's Queen size bed is opposite the fireplace with the TV on the mantle.
There is a coffee/tea bar equiped with dishes, wine and champagne glasses, wine bucket, silverware and coffee cups. A small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave top it all off.

Looking out from the covered patio to our peach trees and spaceous backyard. The firepit is a flower pit during the summer and a roaring fire during the winter!
Our covered patio has had many wonderful conversations. Rest, relax and enjoy. This covered patio sits between Buona Sera and Bellissimo.
L'entrée privée Bellissimo est au 1er étage avec chaises confortables bas ci-dessous pour la vie privée. Le trottoir mène autour de droite pour le patio et plus de chaises pour visualiser les étoiles la nuit.
Bellissimo Loft vaulted ceilings make this feel very spaceous. Seperate from Buona Sera Cottage, Bellissimo has it's own private entrance.

Truly a place you want to stay for comfort, peace and delicious breakfast. Just around the corner is Hwy 1 that takes you through LBJ State Park and within a few minutes of Fredericksburg shopping and dining. The First Friday Art Walk was fabulous especially this time of year (May), and the galleries personnel were so friendly and personable. Loved meeting and speaking with the artists about their creations and the stories that inspired them....just as The Italian Place inspired us to be sure and return again for another visit. Sweet people that truly care about your comfort and welcome you with open arms.

This charming B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood in Stonewall, TX, just a short drive from Fredericksburg. This B&B allowed me to make a reservation for one night where most B&Bs in the Fredericksburg area, hotels included, require a minimum of a two night stay on weekends. I highly recommend taking advantage of the two bicycles they offer for a leisurely and picturesque ride down RR 1 along the Pedernales River to LBJ State Park. Be sure to enjoy some wine under the stars. If you have the opportunity, drive into Fredericksburg for an authentic German meal, but definitely take advantage of Amber's breakfast! The location of the B&B makes access to all of the wineries along 290 very easy. I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend in the Hill Country.

I'm not much for reviews, but this was worth it. We had a great time. Our only regret was the same as everyone else: we didn't stay longer! The area is beautiful and peaceful, the wineries were wonderful and DO NOT MISS Garrison Bros. Distillery down the road. The room itself was impeccable, the patio was relaxing and the area was very quiet. Overall had an excellent time and would recommend to anyone.

Passing through area and only needed room for one night. Nice to find B&B that didn't require 2 night minimum. Felt like we were staying with good friends and would definitely recommend it.

Buona Sera
Notre chalet de calcaire du premier étage a une kitchenette, le foyer, bain tourbillon et un lit Queen. La TV est située sur le manteau de la cheminée. Lorsque les conditions météorologiques creux ci-dessous 45, la cheminée auront un firelog. Pour tempertures au-dessus de 45, nous avons placés dans la cheminée de bougies. Le lit Queen a deux hypo allergènes oreillers, deux oreillers de contour progressif et une crête matelas mousse 2 "mémoire. La baignoire whirlpool a un ajutage de douche portatifs. Moins de 20 kg les animaux sont admis avec un portable Elevage. Ils apprécieront à explorer et à jouer dans la région du grand arrière‑cour. Maintien de la maison n'est pas disponible.

Ce Loft a une plafonds avec poutres apparentes, ventilateurs de plafond, grande TV, cuisine complète et un lit king comfy. Une salle de séjour avec un canapé pleine taille permet à nos invités de se détendre en regardant la télévision. La salle de bains confortable a une petite douche en mosaïque. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus et apprécieront à Explorer ou à jouer dans la zone spaceous arrière-cour. Les couples qui voyagent ensemble trouverez salle à dîner et hang out dans Bellissimo ou sur notre terrasse extérieure. Maintien de la maison n'est pas disponible. Remarque : Ce Loft a Stairs

We stayed one night at the Italian Place for our anniversary weekend. The room was beautiful and clean. Amber made us feel welcomed as soon as we got there. The breakfast was great. We are definitely going back, great getaway!

My husband and I went to The Italian Place for a get away. Once we got there, we loved it so much, we decided to stay another night. The place is cozy and clean and the owners were so sweet! There are a lot of places to hang out outside. I loved that it was a dog friendly place. It is very close to the wineries. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to relax.

We had a wonderful experience at The Italian Place. We booked at The Italian Place because it was the ONLY B&B in the Hill Country that allows you to book for a single night. Next time, we will stay for at least 2 nights!!! Andrea
