We had a lovely stay at Daisy Polk Inn. Clean, quiet, private accommodations in a beautifully restored home. Breakfasts with Chef Michael were excellent. We would visit again and again.
Will definitively return

We had a great stay at the DPI. The rooms were really nice, great size, clean. The location could not be better - close to many restaurants and bars. The service was excellent - really enjoyed our host Michael.
Fantastic stay at this beautiful little inn

LOVED this place, I would recommend it to anyone, rooms were clean, fresh sheets the breakfast was as we ordered, both mornings, loved the antique/ history of this place... as with all things that are not perfect, I would only advise them to mow and sweep the front porch/side stairs and brush the lounge chairs of accumulated cat hair:)
A great place to stay

From day 1, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The owners and staff were friendly, accommodating and concerned about my comfort. I was in Dallas for a funeral, so staying here made a difficult and emotional week much more bearable. The Inn's proximity to Oaklawn and Love Field were an added bonus. Well done!
Best breakfast, best place to stay

This is my favorite bed and breakfast anywhere, and is the only place I would want to stay in Dallas. The rooms are nice and the location can't be beat--it's convenient for everywhere one would want to go in Dallas. The cook is a genius; his coffee and his French toast are the best I've ever had in my life. The Breton antique furniture is fascinating.

My stay was very comfortable and brief. I appreciated the heated bathroom floors and heated mattress pad. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom did not work, this was the second time I stayed in the room and the second time the jacuzzi wasn't working, so that was disappointing.
The absolute best place to stay in Dallas. Hands down

The owner is very inviting and warm. He went out of his way to meet me for a late check in. Michael, the chef, is not only a great chef but a great conversationalist as well. I felt as though I was at home the entire stay.

Comfort in the heart of Dallas

Great location with so much within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and there is something for just about any preference (larger rooms with beautiful antique furniture or more privacy in the Dickason Cottage out back). Beautiful historic home is impeccably decorated and managed. Michael was a wonderful host (and an excellent chef) and was very knowledgable about the area attractions and how best to get around. There will be some foot/car traffic noise late on the weekends but that's a result of being so close to the center of any big city. Can't wait for our next visit!
Cozy and quiet

In the hustle and bustle of downtown Dallas, the Daisy Polk Inn is a hidden gem! Loved staying there in the Julie Room of the cottage. Coffee was excellent as was the hospitality!
