"My family of 6 visited Haus Schonegg in Nov. 2011. The location is fabulous, with views of the rugged mountains and the river valley. When we stepped onto the deck from our room, we could hear the river and the sound of cow bells--lovely. Our family had three rooms, each with a great view. Every morning, a full, delicious breakfast was served at the time we requested. We tried both the fondue and the raclette. They were both superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean and homey. However, for our family, the fellowship provided by the hosts made the trip. Their entire family was kind and hospitable. All of our children got along very well and truly enjoyed each other. If we have the opportunity, we definitely hope to return!"
