"My wife and I just got back from the Keys after celebrating our ten year anniversary. We had a lot of choices when it came to a bed and breakfast, but let me say our choice was perfect!! Brandi was so quick to respond to my emails to help me make it a memorable arrival for my wife. She had the champagne chilled and a gorgeous arrangement of tropical flowers in my room. Even on arrival we were made to feel right at home, even with receiving bad news that the hot tub in our room died, the backup arrangements were awesome. They moved us for one night to their best room and informed us a brand new hot tub was on its way. Both rooms we stayed in the Gecko and the Pineapple, both were amazing right in the midst of a lush tropical garden with a nice pool and community spa. The breakfast each morning was unbelievable, fresh fruit breads, and cheeses. They had bike rental right on location, which made it so easy and nice. Brandi, Allen, and Jane made us both feel so welcomed, gave us ton of suggestions and made all the reservations for us, making it very stress free for us! I cant say enough good things all I can say is that we wish we had more time to spend there. When we choose to visit Key West again hands down we will choose The Tropical Inn!
