We stayed here for 3 night and was a very amazing stay. The room was comfortable and very very clean, as well as all the house. A special note for the breakfast, that was very varied (Jennifer prepare something different every morning), great and beautifull presented. Jennifer and Jean is kind and helpful. This b&b is located very near of the city center. In 2-3 minute walking you are in Las Rambla. We would reccomend us friends to stay here! ps: the only thing that miss is a tv in the room...but...we can say that: it's Barcelona the best tv :D

Me and my husband went to Barcelona for a little romantic getaway, and we chose to stay with Jean and Jennifer, after doing a lot of research. We did choose to stay here due to the excellent location. We were very impressed, everything was excellent, right from the beginning. Our getaway was a bit last minute, and we were very lucky Jean and Jennifer still had a room available. Jean answered my email and any questions I had, very promptly. From the moment we walked into the building, we fell in love. It's a colonial house, with high ceilings and beautiful ceiling moldings. The apartment itself is huge, which ensures enough privacy. We stayed in the small double room with the shared bathroom (the blue room). While it was very small, it was more than enough. The bed and the sheets were very soft and comfortable. The only downside was that due to the fact that the room is right by the main stairway of the building, it sometimes gets noisy at night, when neighbors come and go. It only bothered us the first night, after which we were too tired to even notice. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean, as well as the rest of the house. What I really loved was that it was exactly like in the pictures, the apartment looked as if it was part of an interior design magazine. It felt like a boutique hotel, at a very good price. The breakfast was great, it was just enough food, and just like everything else in the apartment, it was beautifully presented every day. Overall, it was a great stay, Jean and Jennifer are amazing, and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed here for four nights and everything was perfect! This b&b is absolutly central just 5 minutes walking from plaza catalunya and la ramblas! It is located in a very quiet street just behind the university. Jennifer and jean were very kind and helpful. She also is a great cooker! Breakfast was different each morning with a lot of things such as omelettes, toast and fresh pastry! The living room is very nice and you can use the computer and also see movies! I really appreciate the smell of clean and fresh in all the rooms! Next time i will return here! Thank you guys! Tatiana.

We stayed one week at L'Eixample Bed and Breakfast and from the moment we started planning our trip via email, until the day we left Barcelona, Jean and Jennifer were extremely accomodating and helpful. They made us feel right at home! The location of the apartment is very central, within five minutes walking distance to the metro and also to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. The apartment is bright and clean, freshly painted. Cozy rooms and common area with sofas and plenty of sunlight streaming in. We stayed in the suite which we would highly recommend, for couples. Breakfast was served (with a smile:) every morning and offered excellent variety. This bed and breakfast is a new gem, we would highly recommend it to anyone and we look forward to visiting again.
