    Welcome to Sandaig a family home and occupies two beautiful mid terraced Victorian villas just 10 minutes away from Edinburgh city centre. We are located less than one and a half miles from Edinburgh city centre and Waverly station which takes 5-10 minutes by bus car or taxi. There are a wealth of gourmet restaurants situated within the fashionable Water of Leith area just a ten minute walk away. Major sights within easy reach are the famous Edinburgh Castle Holyrood Palace & Edinburgh Zoo. There are a wealth of boutique shops cafes as well as the playhouse theatre . We are very near the Ocean Terminal where you can visit the Royal Yacht Britannia We offer free street parking and wireless broadband Just 10 minutes from the city centre Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. Check-In time: 14:00 and Check-Out time: 10:30. Free WI FI available. Guest Lounge. Drink on arrival.
