    Allburys is tucked discretely away in a leafy Victorian Crescent. The entrance is a baronial white plaster and stone stairway where Victorian splendour meets New York Penthouse. Allburys offers you friendly informal service comfortable and spacious bedrooms in a stylish Victorian home. Where else can you enjoy city centre facilities but peaceful bedrooms with no traffic noise at all. Where else can you step out the front door and find world class art galleries within ten minutes on foot along a riverside walk? Where else can you find a culinary treat for those who love the first meal of the day? Whoever you are or whatever you are looking for whether that be a visit to Edinburgh on business or a romantic city break Allburys is perfect for all your needs. At Allburys business people can be as well looked after as romantic couples or small groups of grown-ups looking for fun. Rooms/suites include Wi-Fi connection with up to 20Mb download access; LCD flat screen TVs with Sky films and sport; CD audio/DVD player; Playstation 3; iPod player; mini-bar; also available laundry/ironing facilities. In our opinion breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we really go to town sourcing fresh local food from some of the many small producers around Edinburgh. We feel it is important to provide seasonal fruit and organic meat eggs and fish which are complemented by some fabulous fresh breads.

When you reach 'Donaldsons School' just before Haymarket Train Station turn left into Magdala Crescent and stop to unload luggage at No 8.;Airport|Air|10|Exiting the Arrivals hall at Edinburgh Airport Either look right for the 100 Airbus or left for the Taxi service to Edinburgh. BUS: Ask driver to let you off at 'Donaldsons School' . Continue along road for 200 yards and 1st road left is Magdala Crescent. Continue up road until you reach No 8. Cost of a single ticket is uk£3.50. TAXI: Cost of trip to Magdala Crescent is uk£20-25.00 depending on time of day and number of passengers.;Train Station|Train|0.3|All train tickets to Edinburgh allow you to travel from Waverley to Haymarket station for no extra cost. Exit at Haymarket and turn left when you leave the station. In a few hundred yards you reach Magdala Crescent on the right just before a huge Victorian building in its grounds. Walk up the road until you reach No 8.;
