    A luxury Bed and Breakfastin the heart of Burns Country Greenan Lodge offers guests excellent accommodation and warm hospitality recognised both locally and internationally. Our family-run guest house is situated in a quiet location 5 minutes south of Ayr town centre nestling at the foot of the Carrick Hills close to Greenan Castle and a short walk from Greenan Shore. You get the best of both worlds here a quiet locale that is ideal for relaxing after a long trip yet within five minutes drive you can reach notable restaurants local golf courses Burns Cottage Brig O'Doon coastal walks and town centre shopping. The famous Culzean Castle Country Park is a 15 minute drive south why not stop at Electric Brae or the fantastic beach at Croy on the way there! If you fancy a crack at our world-famous championship golf courses you could not be better located as the lodge is less than twenty minutes from Turnberry Royal Troon and old Prestwick. If you don't feel up to this but are still looking for a challenge then a round at James Braid designed Belleisle just down the road would be a fine option. Greenan Lodge is appointed to a high standard with each inviting bedroom having a character of its own all tastefully designed to reflect the lodges modern image. All bedrooms have luxurious en suite bathrooms hostess trays and LCD televisions.

      A719|Road|0|We are situated on the South side of Ayr on the A719. Along the road from Belleisle and Seafield Golf Courses. Coastal Route to Turnberry Girvan and Stranraer.;Ayr Station|Train|3|On leaving the station head down past Odeon Cinema (Burns Statue Square) towards Miller Road. Travel down Miller Road until you reach the traffic lights turn left and continue along Old Racecourse Rd it will change into Doonfoot Road and then into Dunure Road straight ahead through roundabout and we are 100 yds along the road on the left hand side.;Prestwick Airport|Air|6|On Leaving the Airport head towards Prestwick. Drive through Prestwick Town Centre until you reach a mini Roundabout then a short distance ahead a Larger Roundabout turn right here you will come to a set of Traffic Lights where you turn Left. Drive ahead through Ayr town centre. Drive for about 3 miles till you reach a Roundabout we are about 300yds ahead on the Left Hand Side. 39 Dunure Road. (we are on the same road as Prestwick Airport).;A77|Road|2|Travelling on the A77 from Glasgow after 5 Roundabouts staying on A77 you will go under a Railway Bridge after this take 2nd turning on the Right onto Doonholm Road continue through another mini roundabout at junction turn left passing Brig O Doon on your left. Next take first turning on Right which is Longhill Avenue drive for about 1 mile till you meet the next Roundabout where you turn Left Proceed along road and Greenan Lodge is on your Left.;
