    3 Suites Waterfront royal : l'Auberge de boutique du secteur riverain de Narragansett Bay seul près de la Providence et de l'aéroport. Trois suites de luxe avec bains privés offrent des vues de l'eau en suspens de 180 degrés. Chaque suite est spacieux, environ 500 pieds carrés, ponts Private négligent Narragansett Bay donc vous êtes en mesure de profiter de vues du phare de Conimicut, le île de Greene et Gaspee Point. Sunrises sont spectaculaires, car toutes nos suites ont vues orientales. Atmosphère élégante des suites de royal Waterfront 3 contient toujours des équipements modernes : numérique gratuite de câble (y compris de HBO, Showtime et sur les films à la demande), haut débit wi-fi, handicap accessible ADA bain et un petit déjeuner complet multi-course. Kayak de notre plage privée et vélo disponible durant l'été. L'Auberge de style colonial néerlandais est c1905 et situé à 5 minutes de l'aéroport PVD, Providence, RI à 10 minutes. Conimicut beach est à 1 km, Oakland Beach est à 3 kilomètres.

    Old World Charm

    We stayed at 3 Royal Waterfront in early March. Although it was winter there was a cozy feeling about the Inn. Original paintings hang on many of the walls and the views of Narragansett Bay were beautiful. When looking out the large bay windows we felt like we were looking out from a ship. The innkeeper's warmth and friendliness made all the difference for us too. It's not fancy but if you like feeling at home while away from home this might be the right place for you and homemade cookies greet you at the door!

    fabulous bed & breakfast

    Lovely couple with very personal touch in their hosting. Freshly baked cookies at entrance, fantastic suite (we were in the Queen Suite) with a bay window that deserves it's name. Private balcony with beautiful view to the East (sunrise!!!) Large multi course breakfast to our own liking, served in our room. Just really highly recommendable!

    Three Great Days

    We had a wonderfully quiet and pleasant three days at 3 Royal. Daniesh our hostess,trip guide,and all around wonderful inn keeper made our stay exactly what we were looking for. The fresh berries and fruit along with a great breakfast were the icing on the cake. Oh speaking of cake her cookies and pastries were yummy too. Thanks Daneish Joan and Rudy

    Warm, welcoming and romantic!

    We rolled into 3 Royal Waterfront Suites kinda late around 9pm. However, the proprietor, Danish, was there to greet us with warm chocolate chip cookies and a big smile! She showed us to our room, the beautiful Emperor Suite. In the morning, we woke early enough to see the sunrise. Spectacular! And for anyone wondering what the two large cooling towers are in the distance, they are not for a nuclear facility... They are for the Brayton Point Power Station, which generates enough electricity to power 1.5 million homes. The cooling towers are ensuring that the water that is put back into the bay does not negatively affect the environment because it is so hot. So when you look out at the view, remember that these towers are actually helping to protect our environment. But I digress... Breakfast was fabulous! Muffins, scones, fried potatoes, juice, coffee and much more! Every ten minutes or so, Danish would pop back into the room with another tray of scrumptous delights! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay at the 3 Royal Waterfront Suites! Thanks, Danish!!!
