Gardenview B & B est situé à quelques minutes de la célèbre Ocean Drive et ses belles plages. Les chambres disposent d'antiquités, rideaux de dentelle et commodités, y compris les bains w/piscine privée, cheminées, couleur de télévision par câble et ca. La salle à manger de grand soleil rempli est le paramètre pour un petit-déjeuner complet hardy, fireside pendant les mois plus froids, où toutes nos offres sont délicieusement maison. Après une courte promenade pour les demeures, expérience de la solitude d'une calme, jolie maison après la tournée la ville rempli de plaisir chaque jour. Mettre fin à votre journée avec vos favorite libation dans le jardin de fleurs rempli statuaire.

My husband and I went for a get away weekend and found Mary to be so warm and inviting, and her place is clean and comfortable and beautiful! Her breakfast is delicious and she puts her all into making you feel at home. The location is wonderful....close to things yet quiet. We highly recommend it!

The Sun-Lit suite is lovely, roomy, airy and completely private - the breeze blowing through the windows and stirring the music of the trees and windchimes outside made it magical! It's far enough off the beaten track to be quiet, yet close enough to walk to the waterfront dining and shopping district - a great combination. Mary is so friendly and welcoming! Her breakfasts were wonderful and because she is a Newport native, she can tell you anything you want to know and where to find anything you need in the area. She was also able to offer us a special deal on tickets to tour the mansions, and we were happy to take advantage. We would stay in the Sun-Lit suite anytime - but since we won't be back for quite awhile, I suggest that you avail yourselves of the Gardenview's many amernities. You will be glad you did!

The Gardenview B & B is a wonderful specialty-antique decorated home located within easy walking distance to the famous and busy Thames Street of Newport, RI. The home itself is located within a clean safe neighborhood that seems to thrive on beauty, peace, and quiet. Outside, there is a garden with a complex variety of plants and bushes that surround a small patio and fish pond that by day or night breathes out a natural tranquility. Inside, there are only two rental rooms, each with convenient off-street parking; and thus, privacy, convenience, personal attention, and complete isolation from life’s tangled throngs are essentially guaranteed. Both the home and the rooms are very clean, neat, and air-conditioned, with all of the other needed essentials that taken together, create a welcome-home feeling as soon as you walk in. The setting is ideal for individuals, couples, or friends needing and wanting not only time alone, but also convenient accessibility to all that Newport RI has to offer. Mrs. Mary Fitzgerald owns and runs the Gardenview B & B. She is completely wonderful; she is the type that you like immediately as a friend and respect as a person. She is clean, neat, attentive, responsible, flexible, friendly, helpful, area-knowledgeable, and a fabulous cook. You miss her when you leave.

My husband and I recently enjoyed our second stay at Gardenview and plan to return. The location is great - near the village, mansions and beach. The rooms are elegant yet comfortable. The innkeeper makes you feel like family. Breakfasts are amazing!

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Sun-Lit room for a long weekend. It was an amazing place, very clean, cozy surrounding that made us feel more at home than any hotel would have. It was a shorter walk to downtown than we thought so we loved staying here. I highly recommend Gardenview to anybody.

En venant de sur le pont de Pell, prenez votre première sortie. Porter à droite et passez à la lumière ; passer par la lumière et prendre à droite au 2e lumière sur Coupe Ave. obtenir l'Amérique dans la voie de droite et passez à l'intersection (le perroquet rouge) est sur votre gauche. Porter à droite sur la Tamise St. continuer tout vers le bas jusqu'à atteindre une fourchette dans la route (de Sig un petit magasin sera sur votre droite). Porter à droite sur le vieux fort rue procéder au panneau d'arrêt, passant d'une église et un firehouse. Prendre un gauche sur l'avenue. Ruggles et votre première à droite dans la rue Binney. Gardenview est la 3ème maison sur la gauche.

Prenez Sud je-95. Obtenez immédiatement dans les voies de gauche. Prendre la sortie pour RI, route 4. Peu de temps après qu'il fusionne avec US Rt.1, prendre la sortie pour RI très 138 est à Newport. Procéder conformément aux instructions ci-dessus.
