Peanut Butter Cookies: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

• 

  3/4 cup Margarine

• 

  2/3 cup Sugar

• 

  2/3 cup Brown sugar

• 

  2/3 cup Peanut Butter

• 

  1 Egg

• 

  1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

• 

  1 2/3 cup Flour

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Step 1:

Mix sugar, brown sugar and margarine into a bowl until creamy.

Step 2:

Stir vanilla, egg and peanut butter until well mixed.

Step 3:

Stir in flour and baking soda. Shape into balls, roll in sugar and place in ungreased pan at 350 degrees.

Step 4:

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
